Back in 2014, we embarked on our entrepreneurial journey as a Marketing Agency based in Rio de Janeiro. Little did we know that this would be the starting point for something much greater.

Surprisingly, it wasn’t long before they started requesting our assistance in managing their customer support as well. This unexpected demand led us to recognize a valuable opportunity.
