Our Story
BrazilDesk is a Brazilian company based in Petrópolis, in the state of Rio de Janeiro, approximately 80 km from the city of Rio de Janeiro.
Our journey began by helping international businesses with outsourced customer support services. Working with foreign companies gave us valuable insight into the challenges of building teams in Brazil, particularly when it comes to finding professionals with the right skills, English proficiency, and experience working with international clients.
Over time, we shifted our primary focus to recruitment, helping international employers find qualified professionals in Brazil and, when needed, across Latin America.
Our mission is simple: to connect international businesses with talented Brazilian professionals while creating meaningful remote career opportunities.
