BrazilDesk is a Brazilian BPO company that works with international businesses with needs within Brazil and Latin America. Our main service is customer support outsourcing.

Early Stages

How was BrazilDesk born?

The company began its services in 2014 as a web design and digital marketing agency in Rio de Janeiro. Over time, we started to cater to some international clients with small demands in Brazil.

Soon, some of these clients asked us to provide customer support services for their clients in Brazil, a more dedicated service since we were already familiar with their services and products.

After several similar requests, around 2016-2018, we transitioned to a business where companies outside Brazil could outsource dedicated customer service inside the country and Latin America.

We are a technology-focused company. After the pandemic peaked around mid-2022, like many companies, we were forced to adopt 100% remote work.

After that, we decided to maintain a physical office in the city of Petrópolis, Rio de Janeiro, but our team of agents is from various parts of Brazil. This helps us to get native Spanish speakers from other places.
